Proof Strategies Certified as a Great Place to Work®

TORONTO – Proof Strategies has been certified as a Great Place to Work® after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience. The company was also named the #1 Workplace in Canada in 2010 by Great Place to Work®.

Proof Strategies’ commitment to a great workplace culture comes in a wide variety of ways.  To help employees grow in their careers, the company heartily encourages staff to seek out courses, conferences, and training opportunities that expand their skillset (usually paying for their participation).  To foster teambuilding, the company’s Social Committee regularly plans fun office activities and all employees take part in an annual overnight retreat at an off-site resort.

When it comes to corporate social responsibility, the company has been carbon neutral for 10 years since 2008. It also contributes time and funds to organizations such as Second Harvest, White Ribbon, the Nature Conservancy of Canada.  In addition to this, a volunteer team runs an annual holiday drive, and each employee is given a paid day during which they can volunteer with a registered charity of their choice.
