Proof Strategies places among Top 20 Best Workplaces in Canada ranking
Ranking tops the list for public relations and communications firms in Canada
TORONTO, ON, April 16, 2020 — Proof Strategies, an independent Canadian public relations and communications agency, has placed 19th on the Best Workplaces™ in Canada ranking. The ranking is based on a thorough and independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global people analytics and consulting firm that specializes in workplace trust. Proof Strategies was the highest scoring public relations and communications company on the 2020 list. The list, and related stories, will appear in a Special National Report on Friday, April 17, 2020 in The Globe and Mail.

The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential Trust Index Employee Survey results and the remaining one-third comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
