Proof Strategies Grows Senior Team to Deliver Trusted Client Counsel

Promotions and hires bolster client leadership, AI innovation, content marketing and public affairs 

Toronto, December 9, 2025 – Proof Strategies, Canada’s leading independent communications agency, is celebrating a season of growth with several key senior promotions and new hires, reinforcing the agency’s leadership in client relationships, AI innovation, integrated marketing, public affairs, and healthcare communications.  

Ally MacLellan has been promoted to Head of AI Innovation & Technology, leading Proof’s growing focus on AI and integrated intelligence. Over the past year, she has led the agency’s use of AI, including product development, technology stack and workflow innovation, while advising clients on responsible AI adoption and measurable AI visibility through Proof’s obtAIn-IQ framework.  

Five team members have been promoted to Senior Account Director, recognizing their leadership, client impact, and contributions to the agency’s culture and growth.  

Cydoney Curran leads a blend of integrated consumer health and pharmaceutical clients in the firm’s established health and wellness practice. 

Alex Pogor leads award-winning integrated campaigns in the firm’s unified marketing & communications practice for clients in transportation and not-for-profit.

Megan Stanley has expanded Proof’s presence in Ottawa, managing engagements for clients in energy, infrastructure and the public sector.  

Holly Thornton manages teams and provides counsel on some of Proof’s largest health and wellness client relationships in the pharmaceutical sector.  

Alexandra Valcour provides public affairs and government relations counsel to national mandates for clients in health, retail, consumer and infrastructure.  

Jordy Fujiwara becomes Director of Content Strategy, responsible for the development, management and growth of the agency’s content offering. 

Stephanie Landon joins Proof as an Account Director, bringing over 15 years of healthcare communications experience with a focus on health education, market access, and patient advocacy.  

Proof Strategies has also welcomed Michael Ras as Senior Counsel, with over two decades of public affairs and strategic communications experience.
