Kathleen McGinn
Kathleen McGinn is a Senior Advisor of trustlab. Kathleen is also a research and teaching assistant at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, Kathleen is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program at the Henley Business School in the UK which is co-delivered by the Rotman School of Management studying trust. Kathleen’s research interest lies within the current variations of societal, institutional and individual levels trust, and the implications for business strategy, governance and future economic policy. She is a graduate of the NFP Governance Essentials Program, holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a BHSc in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa where she studied in french. Kathleen is the founder of EMPWR, a charitable foundation devoted to the advancement of concussion recovery and the current Chair and President of Rugby Ontario. Prior to establishing EMPWR, Kathleen owned and operated a successful foodservice and import company in downtown Toronto.
