After the turbulence of COVID and the current Affordability crisis, young professionals are prioritizing stability and longevity when it comes to their career choices. 

Approach:

Redefine Power – a campaign showcasing how the electrical industry offered compelling careers in a future-proof industry that will continually evolve and affect how everyone lives, works and plays. 

Impact:

Our campaign drove almost 14,000 applications (112% increase from previous year) and increased consideration of a career in the electrical industry with young professionals by 40%
